How do I join The Sprack & Pip Collective?
Joining is easy! Click the “Join the Flock” button in the top right corner of the site (or in the dropdown menu on mobile). From there, you can choose from our membership tiers—starting from free and going up to premium, with options for monthly or yearly plans.

Do you offer a free trial? How does it work?
Yes! The Feathered Friends tier includes a 7-day free trial so you can experience The Sprack & Pip Collective before committing. Once the trial ends, you’ll be automatically charged based on the plan you selected (monthly or yearly).
How do I cancel my paid membership?
You can cancel your paid membership anytime by logging in and navigating to Account > Manage Subscription.
What happens if I cancel before my next billing cycle?
If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Absolutely! Upgrades take effect immediately, and you’ll only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle, with a credit applied towards your renewal.
If I cancel my paid membership, will my name stay on the Mental Health Heroes Wall?
Yes! Once a hero, always a hero. Your support will always be recognized.
Can I delete my account?
You can request to delete your account by going to your account settings and clicking Contact Support to send us a message. We’ll process your request within 3-5 business days. Once deleted, your account and any associated data cannot be restored.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If I sign up for a trial, will I be charged automatically?
Yes—once your 7-day free trial ends, the payment method you provided at signup will be charged.
Can I get a refund if I forget to cancel my trial?
We get it—life happens! You can request a refund within 7 days of being charged by reaching out through your account settings.
Do you offer gift memberships?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned.

Are the limited-edition shirts only for members?
Yes, these are exclusive to Wingmates and Heart of the Collective members.
Will there be more exclusive merchandise in the future?
Absolutely! We’ll have rotating limited-edition items, including member-exclusive perks.
What sizes do you offer?
Our shirts are unisex and available in S–3XL.
Hero Cards & Mental Health Heroes Wall
What is the Mental Health Heroes Wall?
It’s a dedicated space to celebrate those who help break the stigma, offer support, and share their mental health journeys. Every name represents someone who has contributed to this community.
How do I get my name added?
By joining at the Feathered Friends tier or higher, you’ll be invited to create your Hero Card.
Can I update or change my Hero Card after submission?
No, Hero Cards are permanent once submitted—so choose your name and icon thoughtfully.
Can I opt out of being on the wall?
Yes. Adding your name is completely optional.
